                                                           We have a Live Arrival Guarantee for all of our Insects.

Though we have a guarantee on all of our insects there are a few situations where we will not replace or refund your bugs. We both want your feeders and insects to arrive alive so let's both make sure they get there safely.

• Please make sure that the address is typed in properly including the apartment/unit number.
• Check the temperature of your area before ordering from us. We may not look up your areas temperature before shipping.
• Please be home to collect your order during the estimated delivery time. 
• There is a 4 hour grace period for if dead bugs arrive we can send out replacement or refund.
• Photo proof is needed within the 4 hours for replacement or refund with toothpick through the abdomen.
• If it is outside of those 4 hours please send us a picture anyways for a case by case decision. We all make mistakes every now and then.

If shipping may be delayed please contact us so we can help out with your order. The postman should not have to deal with yelling for things outside of their immediate control. Let be kind and respectful so we all can have a great experience.
